Why FoodPrint® Stands Out

FoodPrint® transforms food sensitivity testing with cutting-edge microarray technology, providing a three-dimensional surface for superior antigen binding versus traditional two-dimensional ELISA testing.

Enhanced binding of antibodies with food antigens allows for a smaller blood sample and provides higher testing sensitivity and more accurate results.

Providing clinically validated total IgG (subclasses 1-4) quantitative analysis for up to 222 foods, all from a small blood sample.

Key Benefits:

  • Simplicity: With just a few drops of blood collected, FoodPrint® offers a straightforward and convenient testing process.

  • Innovative Interpretation: Our intuitive "traffic light system" results are easy to understand, providing clear guidance for dietary decisions.

  • Precision in Results: FoodPrint® measures reactions in U/mL, enabling accurate and personalized dietary planning.

  • Comprehensive Testing: Our panels test up to 222 food antigens to improve likelihood suspect foods will be found.

How It Works

Your patients’ results, simplified.

We’ve enhanced the way results are reported:

  • Traffic light reporting: Altera offers a modernized version of the classic “traffic light system,” for test results denoting normal, borderline and elevated foods as green, yellow and red.

  • Results summary: We’ve included a quantitative summary of normal, borderline and elevated foods for quick reference prior to the actual test results also depicted as a toggle scale.

  • Clear reference ranges: Simplified standardized cut offs - all foods are borderline above 24 U/ml and elevated above 30 U/ml.
